My Motivation
Stepping away from corporate roles allowed me to focus on my three kids. I launched this initiative to offer social value through safe housing solutions, ensuring vulnerable individuals have access to secure spaces.
The Path We Travel
Starting with Northern projects and expanding through Birmingham into South East London, we are dedicated to developing a reliable housing group that serves those who require a stable place to call home.
Serviced Stays in North East
It all started with two short-term rentals. These sites are kept to standards, offering a polished and secure residential setting for families and individuals who prioritize a professional living experience.
South East London & Midlands
We are currently launching specialized HMO units across Birmingham and South East London. These sites offer structured, managed housing for people seeking stability, and we proudly welcome residents on benefits.
Shelter For All People
Dignified housing is a basic right for every person. Our mission is built on the belief that a secure, managed residence acts as a vital stepping stone toward personal growth and a brighter future for all.
Power of Local Bonds
Alba actively participates in the South East London Mums in Business circle. This collaborative group offers the collective wisdom needed to master the housing market while keeping our social mission at the forefront.
SE London Mums in Business
Supporting a female-led network that empowers local companies and builds a resilient community in South East London.
Future Visions
Looking ahead, I strive to achieve the flexibility to travel with my kids and support my parents' retirement. This work is about building a lasting impact through quality housing that offers every family a fair start.
